- The Artcoater provides accurate and reliable UV and Moisture coating to your CD-R, DVD-R, Business card CD-R* or 8cm mini CD-R*. Forget about ventilation and uneven spray problems. The Artcoater will give you an even finish every time while ventilating the vapours away, creating a pleasant working environment. The highly accurate spray head will apply the lacquer to a spinning disc and ensure an even coating.

Coverage Management : The Art Coater is an intelligent standalone Coating station. Density of application of Lacquer can be adjusted whether to save lacquer or to achieve differing effects. A simple dial wheel can be set to ensure full saturation down to a light dusting whilst ensuring full and even coverage. No more pitted disks following spraying.
Full Ventilation and Drying system: Using an air compressor and Industrial tubing, any vapours from the lacquer are pumped away, leaving you with a workable and pleasant environment. After coating, the disc is passed through the integral filtered heated drying station which, combined with the fast drying lacquer, ensures that discs remain separate in the output hopper.
Flexible : Easy to operate, efficient and reliable, the ArtCoater can be specified as an Auto or Manual load system and optional adaptors are available for 80mm mini CD-R and Business card CD-R. An Integrated dial on the ArtCoater will restrict the spraying to the required amount.
